Chad grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland and spent most of his childhood on the water. He attended Loch Raven High School and following his training as a motorcycle mechanic, spent 15 years in the Automotive and Powersports industries. Chad has always taken the extra steps to make sure his customers feel like family.

For the last seven years, Chad has worked for UPS & FedEx, both of which have given him the opportunity to expand his knowledge of this territory that he has known and loved most of his life. It also sparked his desire to work in real estate. This wonderful new venture in his life has been 20+ years in the making, and his hopes are to now use what he has learned over the years to help you find your exciting new home or to begin your journey of selling your beloved home. He is hoping eager to be the person to help you start making creating new memories. Chad takes great pride in helping others achieve their dreams, whether it is helping with their motorcycle or helping them find a home.

In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, Maryland sports, being at the beach, motorcycles, exotic cars and traveling. Chad hopes that one day soon, he will be able to travel extensively with his family.
