Lisa Hapney brings to The ONE Group extensive experience in real estate law and transactions and negotiation. Lisa spent the first seven years of her career practicing law. She then managed the legal oversight of a 350 million dollar residential and commercial real estate portfolio for private equity investors and financial institutions. After raising her children Lisa transitioned to residential real estate sales. Lisa’s extensive background has made her a powerhouse in contract negotiation and real estate market knowledge. Her ability to deeply understand both sides of a transaction and advocate for her clients has made her shift into real estate sales both seamless, and successful. Lisa’s many designations include Executive Club, Million Dollar Circle, and Top 100 agents at Long and Foster. More symbolic to her, is the trust and connections she has cultivated with her clients and colleagues. Her experience and compassionate nature have culminated a devoted following and constant stream of referrals. Born and raised in Weirton, WV she has called Baltimore her home for over 18 years. She holds a B.S in Spanish & International Studies from West Virginia University and a J.D from Capitol University Law School. Lisa enjoys following her two sons, both University of Syracuse lacrosse players around the country cheering them on. She loves entertaining with family and friends, spending time with her three dogs and volunteering at Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter (BARCS)
